CIELO’s objectives will revolutionize the measurement, conversion, and manipulation of microwave fields. Initial studies with bulk crystals have demonstrated the promise of cavity electro-optics (EO) for both classical and quantum applications. We have now assembled an international team of researchers to unlock this potential on-chip.
